一、 装车站简介Introduction to Loading Station

The rapid quantitative loading station made by our company is a state-of-the-art quantitative loading system of large steel structure integrating mechanical, electric and hydraulic parts that is extensively used in coal mines, docks, metal mines and other venues for large bulk material handling after years’ promotion and use, gaining enormous economic benefits.
使用快速定量装车站装车,与其他装车方式相比,主要具有以下优点:
The following are the advantages of using rapid quantitative loading station over the other loading methods:
1、每年装车能力可达约:1200万吨/年。
High loading capacity. The highest loading capacity per year is 12 millions tons.
2、装车速度快。恒速单元列车以每小时0.8~1.5公里的速度穿过装车站,单节车装载时间不超过40秒(60吨/节)
High loading speed. The time for loading a wagon that runs at the constant speed of 0.8~1.5 km/hour through the loading station is no more than 40 seconds (60 tons /wagon).
3、计量精度高。定量斗定期用标准砝码检验校正,使单车装车精度达到0.1%;整列装车精度为±0.05%。
High metering precision. The metering bin is calibrated with the standard weight periodically for the single wagon loading precision reaches 0.1% and the entire train loading precision reaches ±0.05%.
4、放空不污染。每个要装品种物料可单独提前按规定程序放空,使系统为下一品种作准备,不互相污染。
No unloading pollution. The material to be loaded may be unloaded in advance as per the specified procedure for the system to get ready for the other kind of material without contamination.
5、自动化程度高。通过微机控制、监测和保护,自动连续装车,当列车以恒速行进且车箱规格一致时,可自动装车,同时打印装车报告。对不同规格的混合列车,也可实行半自动操作装车,操作方便,适应性强。
High automation level. Automatic continuous loading is realized via control, monitoring and protection by the computers. When the train runs at the constant speed and the wagons are of the same specifications, automatic loading can be carried out with the printing of the loading report. Semi-automatic loading can also be carried out for the loading of the train with wagons of different specifications. The operation is easy with high adaptability.
6、系统防尘:系统设计为全密封结构,缓冲仓设置足够的通气管并安装除尘装置,缓冲仓、定量仓和溜槽之间采用橡胶软连接。所有连接处都应安装有橡胶密封以防止灰尘进入装料装置,并设有除尘器。
Dust-proof system. The system is designed to be an enclosed structure. The surge bin is equipped with enough ventilation pipes and the dust removal device. The surge bin, the metering bin and the chute are connected with the rubber hose. All the connection points are installed with rubber seals to prevent the dust from entering the loading unit. Also, the dust removal device is installed.
二、装车站系统描述:Loading Stations System Description
描述系统部件和功能,从结构顶端开始逐层向下。
The description of the system parts and functions starts from the top to the bottom.
1、机头:Head:
给料皮带机在此处将物料持续地卸入缓冲仓中。
The feeding belt conveyor dumps the material continuously into the surge bin.
2、缓冲仓及给料闸门:Surge Bin and Feeding Gate:
缓冲仓提供“缓冲”从而允许给料皮带持续地将物料传送到缓冲仓内,以确保当称重仓“要求”计量物料时立即就有足够的物料供应给称重仓。每一个缓冲仓下有四个给料口,每个口下是一片鄂式卸料闸板,共四片闸板给定量仓给料。用这些闸门的打开和关闭来控制物料从缓冲仓到称重仓的传送。
The surge bin offers “buffer” to allow the feeding belt to convey the material continuously into the surge bin to ensure that sufficient material is supplied to the weighing bin immediately upon the request of the weighing bin for “feeding demand”. There are four material inlets under each surge bin, and there is a jaw discharge gate under each inlet. So there are four gates to feed the metering bin. The material transmission from the surge bin to the weighing bin is controlled by the opening and closing of those gates.
3、定量仓及卸料闸门:Metering Bin and Discharge Gate:
在定量仓的四角处装有高精度荷载传感器。称重仓通过给料闸门的打开,接收来自缓冲仓的物料,并不间断地将重量信号传送给称重/控制系统从而进行计量处理。定量仓下有一对对拉式平板闸板,当定量仓计量就绪后,当火车车皮就位准备接收相应的定量仓中的物料时,在控制台上,操作员将此闸门打开按钮按动后,定量仓的物料在重力的作用下从定量仓通过分岔溜槽及装载闸门卸入火车车皮中,来完成本节车皮的装载。 A high precision load sensor is installed at the four corners of the metering bin. The weighing bin receives the material from the surge bin via the opening of the feeding gate, and sends the weight signals to the weighing/control system uninterruptedly for metering treatment. There is a pair of opposite-pull flat shutters under the metering bin. When the metering of the metering bin is completed and the wagon is ready for receiving the material in the appropriate metering bin, the operator will push the button on the control panel to open this pair of shutters for the material in the metering bin to dump into the wagon via the divert chute and loading gate due to gravity, so as to complete the loading of this wagon.
4、测试法码: Test Weights:
对称的放置在称重仓周围卸料闸门层。用这些经认证的砝码用来测试称重仓称重系统的准确度。完整的测试过程在控制室内进行。
They are placed on the discharge gate layer around the weighing bin symmetrically. Those certified test weights are used to test the accuracy of the weighting system of the weighing bin. The complete test procedure shall be completed in the control room.
5、装车溜槽:Loading Chute:
该平移伸缩式装载溜槽安装在称重仓闸门下用来装载车皮。装车时,该溜槽可以向上或向下移动,从而在车皮中形成物料的轮廓并使溜槽尽可能靠近车皮从而避免“冒出”(物料洒到铁轨外)物料。
This transversal retractable loading chute is installed under the gate of the weighing bin to load the wagon. This chute can moves up or down upon loading so as to form the profile of the material in the wagon and to make the chute as close to the wagon as possible to avoid material “spillage” (when the material flows over the rail).
6、控制系统:Control System:
控制台,称重显示器,打印机,可编程控制器和计算机系统组成一个完整的控制系统。控制系统位于装车站操作间。
The complete control system is consisted of the control panel, weighing display, printer, PLC and computer system, which is located in the operation room of the loading station.
三、系统技术参数:System Technical Parameters:
1、装载速度:Loading Speed:
小时装载2500-3000吨;装单节车皮60秒左右,连续装车作业;

2、装载精度:Loading Accuracy:
装车精度可控制在3/1000以内。

3、自动控制:Automatic Control:
液压系统及计量系统、均由可编程控制器(PLC)控制。装车操作员只需操作一个循环称重按钮,一个装载溜槽手柄即可完成装车作业。配料、计量、闸板门的打开与并闭及装车报表数据的处理等工作都由计算机管理。并可将装车中的设备运行状态及装车报表的各种数据传送到网域中,实现数据资源共享。
Hydraulic system and metering system are both controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC). The loading operator only needs to operate a cycle weighing button and a loading chute handle to complete the loading operation. The material mixing, metering and the opening and closing of the gate as well as the processing of the loading report data are all managed by the computer. Also, the computer can send the equipment operation status during the loading and the various data of the loading report to the network domain to realize share of data resources.
4、装载方式:Loading Mode:
分手动、半自动和自动装车三种方式,详情说明见装车操作说明部分。
There are three loading modes, which are respectively manual loading, semi-automatic loading and automatic loading. Refer to the section of the instructions for loading operation for details.
5、操作维护:Operation and Maintenance
操作员可在较短时间内即可学会装车操作(一般学装一列车即可)。本系统运行可靠,维修量小,是经得起考验的一套装车系统。
The operator can learn the loading operation in the comparatively short time (usually only the operation of loading one wagon needs to be learned). The system is a proven loading system that operates reliably with little maintenance work.
四、装车站主要部件 Main Parts of Loading Station
快速定量装车站为钢结构装车站,主要由钢结构框架部分、装车溜槽、过度溜槽、装车平板闸门,装车缓冲斗,卸料闸门,定量仓,配料闸门,缓冲仓,液压系统,电控系统,及其他辅助系统等组成,如下图所示。
The rapid quantitative loading station is of a steel structure that mainly consists of the steel structure frame, the loading chute, the transit chute, the loading bulkhead gate, the loading surge hopper, the unloading gate, the metering bin, the mixing gate, the surge bin, the hydraulic system, the electric control system and other auxiliary systems as shown in the figure below.
五、快速定量装车系统工艺流程Process flow of rapid ration loading system:
来车后成品料在料仓下通过给料机,经输料皮带,将料物送至装车站的缓冲仓内,当缓冲仓的料位达到正常料位时,开启缓冲仓下面的配料平板闸门,将料物放至定量仓中,由定量仓安置的称重传感器实时测量,当达到预定重量时,关闭缓冲仓配料闸门,从而实现连续准确动态快速装车。
After the truck arrives, the finished material will be sent to the surge bin in the loading station via the material conveyor belt from the feeder under the hopper. When the material level in the surge bin reaches the normal level, the material mixing bulkhead gate under the surge bin will open to discharge the material into the metering bin for the weighing sensor in the weighing bin to have real-time measurement. When the preset weight is reached, the material mixing gate of the surge bin will close so as to realize the continuous, accurate, dynamic and rapid loading.
六、控制系统介绍. Control System Introduction
1、概述 Overview
快速定量装车系统采用美国AB公司的PLC进行集中控制及检测,由PLC柜、MCC柜及配电柜、就地操作箱、上位机及打印机、就地仪表及其附件等组成,工控机为双套系统,一备一用。本系统中PLC柜内主站模块采用AB公司1756模块,操作就地箱及配电箱内的从站模块采用AB公司1794模块,主从模块之间通过ControlNet总线方式进行通讯完成设备控制及缓冲仓料位、设备运行状态检测。主站PLC经交换机与上位机实现EtherNet信息联网。上位机监控系统采用丰富多彩的动态图形画面,形象直观的在线监控全部控制过程。PLC主要控制装车站内高精度定量称重配料系统、称重精度砝码的校验、装车过程控制和装车净重、毛重、累计总重、时间等一系列数据的打印等功能。
PLC made by AB Inc. of USA is adopted by the rapid ration loading system for centralized control and test, which consists of PLC cabinet, MCC cabinet, distribution cabinet, local operation box, hose computer and printer, local instrumentation and accessories, and etc. The IPC is a double system with one in operation and one standby. 1756 modules of AB Inc. are used as the modules of the master station of the PLC cabinet in this system, and 1794 modules of AB Inc. are used as the modules of the slave station in the local operation box and distribution cabinet. Communication between the master and slave modules is via ControlNet bus to complete the equipment control as well as the monitoring of the surge bin material level and the equipment operating status. PLC of the master station is connected to the host computer via switchboard and EtherNet. The monitoring system of the host computer uses rich and colorful dynamic graphic picture to monitor the entire control process in a visual manner. PLC mainly controls the high-precision ration weighing and mixing system of the loading station, the calibration of the weighing precision weights, and the functions of printing loading process control, loading net weight, gross weight, accumulated total weight, time or a series of data.
2、装车站监控系统原理 Philosophy of loading station monitoring system
用计算机进行编程,将工艺流程以继电器梯形图的程序方式送入系列PLC的CPU模块的存储器中,由PLC完成程序方式所要求的全部逻辑判断,它首先接收来自输入/输出(I/O)接口的信息,对这些信息进行处理,然后把新的信息送到I/O接口用于控制和模拟显示。
Program with computer and send the process flow in the program mode of relay ladder diagram to the memory of the series PLC’s CPU modules for PLC to complete all the logical judgments as required by the program mode. PLC firstly receives the information from the input/output (I/O) interfaces and process the information before sending the new information to the I/O interfaces for control and analog display.
当火车到达装车站下,操作人员按下循按称重钮后,产品仓随即向定量仓中配料,配入定量仓中的料量应按列车车厢容量设定。为了保证精度,实际应用中定量仓下设有称重传感器,称重传感器实时探测定量仓中的料量,程序根据当前料重来控制产品仓下的液压闸门来实现定量仓的定量。针对定量仓料量设立预调点,在程序中通过将称重传感器实时传送的料重与预调点进行比较来关闭相应的缓冲仓闸门,以实现对定量仓料量的定量。当定量仓料量达到预定重量时,产品仓下闸门已全部关闭,此时由装车溜槽闸门向料车中放料,料量放够后,装车闸门自动关闭,此时,产品仓向定量仓继续为下节车皮配料,从而实现定量自动装车。
When the train arrives under the loading station and the cycle weighing button is pressed by the operator, the product bin will feed the material into the metering bin and the material to be fed into the metering bin shall be set as per the capacity of the wagon of the train. To ensure precision, the weighing sensor is installed under the metering bin in actual application to detect the real-time material quantity inside the metering bin while the program realizes the metering in the metering bin via controlling the hydraulic gate under the product bin as per the current material weight. A preset point is set as per the material quantity in the metering bin. The material weight transmitted by the weighing sensor is compared with the preset point in the program to close the corresponding gate of the surge bin, so as to realize the precise metering of the material quantity in the metering bin. When the material quantity in the metering bin reaches the preset weight, the gate under the product bin close completely and the loading chute gate opens to feed material in the material cart. After the feeding is completed, the loading gate closes automatically when the product bin continue to feed material to the metering bin for the next wagon to realize automatic ration loading.
3、主要设备 Main equipment
(1)主控设备 Main control equipment
本自动化快速装车系统采用的是美国AB公司的PLC控制器,具备技术先进,可靠性高,功能强等优点。
PLC controllers of AB Inc. of USA are adopted for this automatic rapid loading system with such advantages of advanced technology, high reliability and powerful functions.
(2)上位机 Host computer
按工艺要求,除了PLC控制器外,尚需设置一套上位系统,以完成装车站的自动化监控任务。其中还包括:主控机,显示器、打印机等设备。
A set of host computer system shall be equipped in addition to the PLC controller as per the process requirements to complete the automation monitoring task of the loading station. This system includes main controller, monitor and printer or other equipment.
(3)主站PLC经交换机与上位机实现Ethernet信息联网。
The PLC of the master station is connected to Ethernet via the switchboard and host computer.
(4)PLC配量考虑一定的备用节点。
Some standby nodes shall be considered for the PLC configuration.
(5)装车控制台。装车控制台配置了仪表、手柄、按钮、指示灯,主要有:

*开定量仓闸门按钮 Button to open gate to metering bin;

*循环称重按钮 Cycle weighing button;
*跳车按钮 Jump button;
*系统急停按钮 System emergency stop button;
*系统复位按钮 System reset button;
*砝码提升开关 Weight lift switch;
*系统自动手动转换开关 System auto/manual change-over switch
*备用按钮 Standby button.
4、控制方式 Control methods
(1)称重 Weighing
a、正常装车:装车系统启动后,根据用户的设定,在装车闸门关闭并且定量仓处于非就绪的情况下产品仓的卸料闸门将全部打开,随着定量仓内吨位的上升,卸料闸门将分步关闭,定量仓达到设定吨位时,仓上卸料闸门也全部关闭,定量仓处于就绪状态。当产品仓闸门处于关闭状态并且定量仓处于就绪时,在装车员按下循环称重按钮后,两片装车闸门将打开放料到车皮,当定量仓被放空后,装车闸门将自动关闭,同时定量仓就绪状态解除,然后开始自动配下一仓料。
Normal loading: After the loading system starts and as per the user’s setting, when the loading gate closes and the metering bin is not ready, the discharge gates of the product bin will all open. With the increase of the material inside the metering bin, the discharge gates will close step by step until fully close after the material inside the metering bin reaches the set value, and the metering bin is ready then. When the gates to the product bin is closed and the metering bin is ready, if the loading operator presses down the weighing button, two loading gates will open to feed material into the wagon. When the metering bin is empty, the loading gate will close automatically, while the metering bin is automatically released from the “ready” status so as to start the metering of the material for the next bin automatically.
b、向称重仓补料:当定量仓就绪后,但又需要再给称重仓加入一些料时,只要装车闸门是关闭的,可以通过按下点动缓冲仓闸门来补料。
Adding material to weighing bin: When the metering bin is ready, and more material needs to be added to the weighing bin, material may be added via inching the gate to the surge bin as long as the loading gate is closed.
c、点动装车:在定量仓就绪但还未开始装车时,或处于临时终止装车的状态时,装车员可以按下定量仓闸板开按钮向车皮放料。
Inching loading: When the metering bin is ready and loading has not started, or when the loading is temporarily stopped, the loading operator may press the button to open the gate to the metering bin to feed material into the wagon.
(2)装车溜槽 Loading chute
由于本系统装车溜槽需要平移,因此装车溜槽在不进行装车时一定要处于存放位置,在程序中设定,当不装车但溜槽处于装车车位时,控制系统将报警,以提醒工作人员;当装车系统启动以后,溜槽可以自动下放到装车位,也可以由装车员在操作台上通过操作溜槽控制手柄下放装车位;在装车过程中装车员可以通过操作溜槽控制手柄来控制溜槽的高度;当装车结束后,溜槽将自动提升到存放位。
Since the loading chute of this system needs to translate, so it must be put in the storing position when loading is not in operation. It shall be set in the program that the control system will send an alarm to warn the operator if the loading chute is in the loading position when loading is not in operation. When the loading system starts, the chute may automatically lower to the loading position or be lowered by the chute control handle by the loading operator on the console. The loading operator may control the chute height via the chute control handle. The chute will automatically lift to the storing position after the loading is completed.
(3)液压系统 Hydraulic system
在装车系统启动按钮按下后,程序将根据用户的选择开启两台液压泵中其中一台。在整个装车过程中,程序将对系统的油温、油压、油位以及各个液压阀的工作情况进行检测和控制。当系统急停按钮被按下后,系统的安全阀将自动被打开。当装车结束后,液压系统设备将按顺序停止。
After the button to start the loading system is pressed, one of the two hydraulic pumps will start by the program as per the selection of the user. During the entire loading process, the oil temperature, oil pressure and oil level of the system as well as the working conditions of all hydraulic valves will all be monitored and controlled by the program. When the system emergency stop button is pressed, the safety valve of the system will open automatically. When loading is completed, the hydraulic system equipment will stop in sequence.
(4)供热冷却系统 Heating and cooling system
在装车过程中程序将对系统的油温进行检测,当发现系统的油温低于设定下限时,将开启循环泵,有加热器以提高系统的油温;当发现系统的油温高于设定上限时,将开启循环泵、冷却器以降低系统能够的油温;当系统油温正常时,油加热器、循环泵、冷却器都停止运行。
The oil temperature of the system will be tested during the loading. If the oil temperature of the system is found lower than the design lower limit, the circulating pump shall start for the heater to increase the oil temperature of the system. If the oil temperature of the system is found higher than the design upper limit, the circulating pump shall start for the cooler to lower the oil temperature of the system. When the oil temperature of the system is normal, the oil heater, circulating pump and cooler will all stop operating.
(5)上位监控 Host computer monitoring
所有上面提到的情况都将在上位计算机显示,并且上位机还可以进行方式选择,设备集中就地选择,以及装车系统的故障报警。
All the conditions mentioned above will be displayed by the host computer, and the host computer can select mode, equipment centralized local selection and failure alarm of the loading system.
(6)数据采集与报表打印 Data collection and report printing
系统按照预先定义的格式打印报表,并由软件自动产生所有的标题和表头。报表打印采用操作员命令方式。报表内容为车型、车号、重量等信息,每列车装车完成后会生成一列车的数据,用户可自己保存信息并打印。
The system will print the reports as per the predefined format and all the titles and headers will be generated automatically by the software. Report printing is by the command of the operator. The contents of the report include the train type, train number, weight or other information. After the loading of each train, the data of the entire train will be generated for the user to store and print.
(7)电脑控制系统采用PLC进行集中控制,报警、设备状态、料流状态都应在装车计算机屏幕中显示出来。
PLC is used for the computer control system for centralized control, alarms, equipment status and material flow status will all be displayed on the screen of the loading computers.
(8)电气设备的各项保护装置齐全可靠。
The electrical equipment shall be equipped with various complete and reliable protective devices.
(9)电机外壳的防护不低于IP55,其他电气设备外壳防护等级不低于IP30。
The housing protection of motors shall not be lower than IP55, and the housing protection of all other electrical equipment shall be no lower than IP30.

装车站溜槽伸缩控制油路、溜槽平移控制、装车闸门控制油路、流量闸门控制油路、砝码提升控制油路、配料闸门控制油路。具体布置以液压管路布置示意图为主。
The chute stretch control oil line, chute translation control, loading gate control oil line, flow gate control oil line, weight hoisting control oil line, and mixing gate control oil line of the loading station. Refer to the schematic for hydraulic pipeline arrangement for details.
2、液压系统工作原理与作用 Hydraulic System Operating Principle and Function
本液压系统分为主油泵及压力控制回路、循环(冷却)控制回路、冲洗回路、砝码校正回路、装车闸门回路、流量闸门回路、装车溜槽回路、缓冲仓配料闸门回路、蓄能器回路及油液温度、液位等辅助控制。
This hydraulic system consists of main oil pump and pressure control loops, circulating (cooling) control loops, flushing loops, weight calibration loops, loading gate loops, flow gate loops, loading chute loops, surge bin mixing gate loops, energy accumulator loops and auxiliary loops for oil fluid temperature or level.
主油泵及压力控制回路、循环(冷却)控制回路、冲洗回路是液压系统的动力源回路。装车站机械设备中的油缸分别由砝码校正回路、装车闸门回路、装车溜槽回路、缓冲仓配料闸门回路进行控制。砝码校正回路用于2条砝码油缸的提升与下降,定期使用标准砝码校准定量仓计量精度的准确性;流量闸门回路用于装车时能够较均匀的控制物料装入车厢内;装车闸门回路用于2条装车闸门油缸开启、与关闭,将称量后的物料从定量仓向车厢中装卸;装车溜槽回路用于2条装车溜槽油缸的回缩、外伸,控制溜槽的上升和下降,并可使装车溜槽处在任意位置(工作结束后应销上机械插销)上进行装车;缓冲仓配料回路用于控制8条缓冲仓配料油缸的打开与关闭,将物料从缓冲仓向定量仓配料;蓄能器回路是节能回路,为各油路提供辅助油源。主油泵及压力控制回路与蓄能器回路用以对装车回路、缓冲仓配料回路的液压油缸供给所需要的高压、大流量油液。循环(冷却)控制回路用以对液压系统的油温进行控制,在冬季工作之前,首先要使用电加热器对液压油进行加热,加热的同时(风冷机不可运行,通往风冷机的阀门可关闭,但旁路阀门一定要打开)开启循环油泵,以防止油液局部过热,当油温达到20℃可停止加热,然后启动主油泵;在夏季油温达到55℃时,要开启风冷电机对液压油进行冷却,风冷机上旁路阀门一定要关闭,通往风冷机的阀门一定要打开。冲洗回路用于液压系统高压无缝钢管初次安装完毕后的内部冲洗。
Main oil pump and pressure control loops, circulating (cooling) control loops and flushing loops are the loops of power source of the hydraulic system. The oil cylinders in the loading station’s machinery equipment are controlled respectively by the weight calibration loop, loading gate loop, loading chute loop, surge bin mixing gate loop. Weight calibration loop is used to lift or lower the two weight oil cylinders, and standard weight is used periodically to calibrate the accuracy of the metering bin’s measurement. Flow gate loop is used to control the material to load it uniformly into the wagon; loading gate loop is used to open or close those two loading gate oil cylinders and to load the weighted material from the metering bin to the wagon; loading chute loop is used to extract or extend two loading gate oil cylinders to control the rise or drop of the chute and to make the loading chute stay at any position for loading (mechanic pin shall be inserted after work is completed); surge bin mixing loop is used to control the opening and closing of eight surge bin mixing oil cylinders to feed the material from the surge bin to the metering bin; energy accumulator loop is the energy saving loop to provide auxiliary oil sources to various oil lines. Main oil pump pressure control loop and energy accumulator loop are used to supply the hydraulic oil cylinder of loading loops and surge bin mixing loops with oil fluids of high pressure and high flow rate. Circulating (cooling) control loop is used to control the oil temperature of the hydraulic system. Before the operation starts in winter, electric heater must be used to heat the hydraulic oil and the circulating oil pump shall start at the same time (wind cooler can’t turn, the valve to wind cooler may be closed but the bypass valve must be open) to prevent partial oil overheating. Stop heating when the oil temperature reaches 20℃, and start main oil pump. When the oil temperature reaches 55℃ in summer, the wind cooler motor shall be started to cool down the hydraulic oil. The bypass valve on the wind cooler must be closed and the valve to wind cooler may be open. Flushing loop is used for internal flushing of the first time installation of high pressure seamless steel pips of hydraulic system.
